Amendment C161dare (Darebin)

Amendment C161 implements the adopted Fairfield Village Built Form Guidelines 2017 (amended 2019) and the Fairfield Village Heritage Assessment 2017 (amended 2019) through introducing a new Design and Development Overlay and Heritage Overlay for the Fairfield Commercial precinct. It also corrects some minor zoning anomalies and updates the local planning policy at Clause 21 and 22 to ensure effective implementation of the provisions.
