Amend Design and Development Overlay (DDO) schedules 3 and 4 to raise the specified heights at 2.0 and 3.0 following the removal of the existing helipad from the Dandenong Hospital site.The former helipad is no longer used for helicopter landings and the hospital management proposes to place a new helipad onto the roof of a new building on the former helipad site,heence the need to raise the existing height levels on the DDO schedules..
