Amendment C134 (Moreland)

The amendment implements the findings and objectives of the Brunswick Structure Plan (April 2010) and the Brunswick Structure Plan Addendum (June 2012). Specifically, the amendment makes a number of zoning and overlay changes to sites within the Brunswick Activity Centre, including the application of Design and Development Overlay, Schedules 18, 19 or 20 and the Environmental Audit Overlay. The amendment also makes a number of related and subsequent changes to the Local Planning Policy Framework, including the Municipal Strategic Statement.
