Amendment C118mild (Mildura)

The amendment replaces the Mildura Older Irrigation Area Incorporated Document (May 2020) with the Mildura Older Irrigation Area Incorporated Document (October 2023) to delete the requirement that dwellings abutting existing development must not be located in a designated bushfire prone area and makes administrative changes to maximum floor area provisions for dwelling extensions, outbuildings and buildings used for agriculture in Schedules 1, 2 and 4 to Clause 35.06 (Rural Conservation Zone) and the Schedule to Clause 35.07 (Farming Zone).
