The amendment implements the Shepparton South East Precinct Structure Plan and Development Contributions Plan by rezoning land in the precinct to the Urban Growth Zone Schedule 2; applying the Development Contributions Plan Overlay Schedule 5 to land in the precinct; applying the Heritage Overlay (HO444, HO446 and HO447) to three heritage places; deleting Development Plan Overlay (DPO1 and DPO10) from land in the precinct; amending the extent of the Floodway Overlay and Land Subject to Inundation Overlay; applying the Public Acquisition Overlay to land to be acquired to implement the Precinct Structure Plan; applying the Environmental Audit Overlay to land; and incorporating the Small Lot Housing Code (1999 and 2024) into the planning scheme.
