The amendment implements the recommendations of the Morwell Traralgon Employment Corridor Investment Master Plan 2020 (Master Plan) by rezoning land in the Morwell to Traralgon Employment Corridor to the Special Use Zone Schedule 8 and the Public Use Zone Schedule 3; amending the Special Use Zone Schedule 2; amending the local planning policy framework at Clauses 21.01, 21.02, 21.07, 21.08, 21.09 and 21.10 to reflect the Master Plan; and by correcting minor administrative errors.
