Introduces the Lakes Entrance Northern Growth Area Outline Development Plan, the Lakes Entrance Northern Growth Area Hydrology Plan, the Lakes Entrance Northern Growth Area Social Impact Assessment, and the Lakes Entrance Northern Growth Area Native Vegetation Precinct Plan. It amends Clause 21.06 to introduce the Outline Development Plan, Rezones the Farming Zone to Residential 1 Zone, applies a Design and Development Overlay, a Development Contributions Overlay and a Development Plan Overlay to teh area. It introduces a Native Vegetation Precinct Plan for the area.
