Rezone the former Geelong Golf Club land west of Thompson Road from Special Use 3 to Residential 1 and apply a new Development Plan Overlay Schedule 8. The amendment will also rezone 5000 square metre portion of land fronting Ballarat Road adjoining the golf clubhouse carpark from Special Use 3 zone to Residential 1 zone.
