The amendment also updates the Schedule to Clause 43.01 (Heritage Overlay) and inserts the Review of HO Precincts Report December 2012 as a reference document at Clause 21.05 and inserts the Permit Exemptions Policy, Moonee Valley Review of Heritage Overlay Precincts, November 2012 as an Incorporated Document in the Schedule to Clause 81.01
