Amendment C107 (Bass Coast)

Inserts a new incorporated document titled Victorian Desalination Project Incorporated Document, June 2009 in the Schedule to Clause 52.03 and the Schedule to Clause 81.01 to allow land identified in the incorporated document to be used and developed for the purposes of the Victorian Desalination Project. Amends the Schedule to Clause 61.01 to make the Minister for Planning the responsible authority for administering and enforcing Clause 52.03 in respect of the Victorian Desalination Project Incorporated Document, June 2009 and any other provision of the planning scheme as it applies to the use or development of land authorised by the State under an agreement between the State and the entity appointed to undertake the Victorian Desalination Project. Deletes the Public Acquisition Overlay from the desalination plant site in the vicinity of the intersection of Mouth of Powlett Road and Lower Powlett Road, Wonthaggi
