Implements the Traralgon Growth Areas Rewview by updating strategies and structure plans in the Municipal Strategic Statement (MSS) for the towns of Morwell, Traralgon, Tyers and Glengarry, and inserts a new sub-clause (Clause 21.05-9) to introduce stategies and a structure plan for the Traralgon West Growth Corridor. Introduces the Traralgon-Morwell Growth Framework Plan to the MSS to provide an overarching strategy for the long-term growth of these towns.
