The amendment proposes to rezone part of land formally known as portions 26, 27, 28 and 29 at 385 Common Road Inverleigh from Farming Zone (FZ) to Low Density Residential Zone (LDRZ). It will also apply the Design and Development Overlay (DDO5) and Development Plan Overlay Schedule 15 (DPO15) and insert Schedule 15 to Clause 43.04 into the Golden Plains Planning Scheme.
