The amendment proposes to Realign the boundary of the Residential 1 Zone and Rural Conservation Zone by moving the zone boundary to generally accord with the keyline i.e. the transition point where the land changes from a shallow to a steep slope (clause 21.09-3 of the Wodonga Planning Scheme). In this area it generally occurs between the 238 - 245 contour lines. Adjusts the Environmental Significance Overlay schedule 2 and the Development Plan Overlay schedule 1 to accord with the new zone boundary. Rezones Reserve Peregrine Place Reserve No 1PS 611587 Wodonga from part Rural Conservation Zone and part Residential 1 Zone to a Public Park and Recreation Zone. Rezone Reserve Corella Way Reserve No1 PS 607547 from part Rural Conservation Zone and part Residential 1 Zone to Public Park and Recreation Zone. Rezones Reserve Blue Bonnet Way Reserve No 2 PS 521519 from a Residential 1 Zone to a Public Park and Recreation Zone and applies a Vegetation Protection Overlay schedule 4 to the reserve. Rezones lot 945 PS507334 otherwise known as 47 Ballara Drive Wodonga from a Public Park and Recreation Zone to a Residential 1 Zone. This land was incorrectly included in the Public Park and Recreation Zone and is privately owned. Rezone Reserve 1 PS 507334 Ballara Drive from Residential 1 Zone to a Public Park and Recreation Zone incorrectly zoned in Wodonga Planning Scheme Amendment C64.
