Part 2 Queen Street Mornington - updates the heritage schedule and overlay. Flinders Foreshore Flinders - lists the land and the abutting part of Western Port as a heritage place and includes the Western Port area in a Public Conservation and Resource Zone. 120 Collins Road Dromana-rezones surplus Melbourne Water land from a Public use 1 Zone to a Low Density Residential Zone in accordance with the adjoining zoning. 13-15 Wattle Place McCrae-lists the property as a heritage place in accordance with the recommendation of Heritage Victoria.
