The amendment affects all land within and immediately adjoining the settlements of Portland Heywood Casterton Dartmoor Nelson Cape Bridgewater Narrawong Condah Sandford Digby Merino and Tyrendarra Introduces the Glenelg Sustainable Settlement Strategy 2012 (GSSS) adopted by Council into the Local Planning Policy Framework (LPPF) as a reference document| Updates Clause 21.09 of the Municipal Strategic Statement (MSS) and the Local Policy for Settlement at Clause 22.01 to insert the GSSS as a reference document| Inserts the Municipal Strategic Framework Map and revises strategic direction statements at Clause 21.09 of the MSS to reflect the strategic directions of the GSSS| and Inserts Structure Plans for Portland Heywood Casterton Dartmoor Nelson Cape Bridgewater Narrawong Condah Sandford Digby Merino and Tyrendarra in the Local Policy for Growth Corridors (and Structure Plans) at Clause 22.01-3.
