Authorisation No. A145 Rezone the northern section of the 85 Riverview Drive Kialla. (comprising 1.812 hectares) from the Urban Floodway Zone to the Residential 1 Zone to facilitate the future development of the land for the purpose of residential development. It is also proposed to rezone a portion of the southern section (comprising 1.581 hectares) of the site from a Residential 1 Zone to the Urban Floodway Zone as it has been demonstrated that this land is subject to flooding. The existing overlays affecting the site will be realigned to correspond with the new Residential 1 Zone boundary whilst no overlays will apply to the land zoned Urban Floodway. Rezone 1.812 hectares of land being the northern part of Lot S3 on PS522430N from Urban Floodway Zone to Residential 1 Zone and include the land in the Development Contributions Plan Overlay - Schedule 2 (DCPO2) and the Environmental Audit Overlay | Rezone 1.581 hectares of land being the southern part of Lot S3 on PS522430N from Residential 1 Zone to Urban Floodway Zone and remove the Development Contributions Plan Overlay - Schedule 2 (DCPO2) and the Environmental Audit Overlay from the land| Delete the Floodway Overlay and the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay from all land which is to be included in the Urban Floodway Zone and amend the boundaries of the Overlays so that they align with the new Urban Floodway Zone and Residential 1 Zone boundary on the eastern side of Lot S3 on PS522430N| Delete the Floodway Overlay and the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay from all land which is to be included in the Urban Floodway Zone and amend the boundaries of the Overlays so that they align with the new Urban Floodway Zone and Residential 1 Zone boundary on the eastern side of Lot S3 on PS522430N|
