Inserts the Commercial 2 Zone (C2Z) into the Moorabool Planning Scheme and rezones 101 Gisborne Road, Bacchus Marsh, (comprising Lots 401 and 403 PS212230R and Lot 223 PS317067A) from General Residential Zone (GRZ1) and Public Use Zone (PUZ1) to Commercial 2 Zone (C2Z).The amendment is also combined with Planning Permit PA2013-187 which is for Development of trade supplies and restricted retail premises, associated buildings and works, creation of access to a road zone category 1, two lot subdivision, variation/removal of easements, removal of native vegetation, reduction of car parking requirement, reduction of bicycle facilities requirement, and display of advertising signage including business identification signs, floodlit sky sign, panel signs and promotion signs.
