Replaces two Schedules to the Erosion Management Overlay with two (2) revised schedules on an interim basis for a period of 18 months years (until 31 May 2012) and applies it to land at Olivers Hill, Frankston South, bounded by Nepean Highway, Yamala Drive, Gulls Way, the Port Phillip coast and the northern boundary of Number 600 Nepean Highway.
