Amend the Surf Coast Planning Scheme by: Deleting part of 29 Bells Boulevard and 124 Sunset Strip Jan Juc (the land) from Map 2 (Bells Boulevard low density residential area) of Clause 32.03 Low Density Residential Zone Applying the Design and Development Overlay Schedule 1 to that part of the land that has been deleted from Map 2 and grant a permit under the provisions of Division 5 Part 4 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 for the: subdivision of the land into four lots and removal of native vegetation.
