The amendment proposes to remove the Flood Overlay and the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay from the properties currently affected by these overlays. The amendment places a new Land Subject to Inundation Overlay on land abutting the western side of a newly constructed flood mitigation wall at 27 Station Street East Wallan. The amendment applies Design and Development Overlay schedule 6 to the flood mitigation wall and adjoining land to the east.
