Authorisation No A1510 Remove the Flood Overlay and the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay from properties at 11 13 21 23 25 25A 25B and 27 Station Street East Wallan. The amendment proposes to remove the Flood Overlay and the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay from the properties currently affected by these overlays. The amendment places a new Land Subject to Inundation Overlay on land abutting the western side of a newly constructed flood mitigation wall at 27 Station Street East Wallan. The amendment applies Design and Development Overlay schedule 6 to the flood mitigation wall and adjoining land to the east.
