Rezone the following parts of arterial road to Road Zone - Category 1: - Part of Goulburn Valley Freeway between property nos. 70 and 300 Nalinga Road Mangalore from Farming Zone| - Part of Goulburn Valley Highway (Emily Street) Seymour between property no. 48 Goulburn Valley Highway and at its intersection with Foley Avenue from Low Density Residential Zone and Urban Floodway Zone. Rezone parcels not included in the declared area for Goulburn Valley Freeway between its interchange with Hume Freeway and Mangalore Road from Road Zone - Category 1 to Farming Zone and Special Use Zone - Schedule 1. Add a Floodway Overlay over part of Goulburn Valley Highway (Emily Street) Seymour between property no. 48 Goulburn Valley Highway and at its intersection with Foley Avenue where it is to be rezoned to Road Zone - Category 1.
