Amends Public Acquisition Overlay 1 (Roads Corporation) boundaries on the western side of Goulburn Valley Highway north of Murchison - Violet Town Road Arcadia to provide for road access and intersection splays. Replaces the Schedule to Clause 44.03 Floodway Overlay to remove the need for a planning permit for works or roadworks in the Arcadia section of the Goulburn Valley Highway duplication project that is included in a Road zone Category 1 or Public Acquisition Overlay 1. Replaces the Schedule to Clause 44.04 Land Subject to Inundation Overlay to remove the need for a planning permit for works or roadworks in the Arcadia section of the Goulburn Valley Highway duplication project that is included in a Road Zone Category 1 or Public Acquisition Overlay 1. Replaces the Schedule to Clause 52.17 to remove the need for a planning permit to remove destroy or lop native vegetation for the Arcadia section of the Goulburn Valley Highway duplication project that is included in a Road Zone Category 1 or Public Acquisition Overlay 1.
