Authorisation No. A0184 The amendment proposes to modifies Clause 43.02 - Design and Development Overlay Schedule 2 Patterson Lakes Residential Waterways Area (DDO2) by providing exemptions for minor buildings and works that do not affect the residential amenity or impact on Melbourne Water access. [The DDO2 currently applies to approximately 1100 properties which abut the Tidal Waterways or The Quiet Lakes.] The amendment also corrects two errors at Clause 43.02 - Design and Development Overlay Schedule 10 Mordialloc Activity Centre (DDO10) created as a result of Amendment C52.
