Amendment C060 (Glenelg)

Clause 61.01 is amended to make the Minister for Planning the responsible authority for administering and enforcing the scheme for coastal land generally east of Portland between Dutton Way through to Narrawong, south of the Princes Highway. Clause 52.03 and Clause 81.01 are amended to introduce additional guiding design principles to assist in the assessment of applications for dwellings on coastal land east of Portland between are Dutton Way and Narrawong.
