Amendment C056 (Manningham)
Authorisation No. A0231 The amendment proposes to correct a number of administrative mapping errors that have been identified since the introduction of the New Format Manningham Planning Scheme in June 2000. The purpose of this amendment is to correct these administrative errors providing greater clarity to these provisions within the scheme. The proposed changes are as follows: Rezone a triangular portion of land forming part of 73A OBriens Lane Templestowe (being part of Candlebark Park) located adjacent to the western boundary of the property at 77 OBriens Lane from a Low Density Residential Zone to a Public Conservation and Resource Zone. Rezone the northern section of land including the access shaft forming part of 77 OBriens Lane Templestowe and to rezone the northern access shaft forming part of 75 OBriens Lane Templestowe from a Public Conservation and Resource Zone to a Low Density Residential Zone. Rezone the eastern section of land forming part of 194 Church Road Doncaster from a Public Park and Recreation Zone to a Residential 1 Zone and to rezone the strip of land forming part of 196-204 Church Road (being part of Ruffey Lake Park) and which abuts the northern boundary of 194 Church Road from a Residential 1 Zone to a Public Park and Recreation Zone and rezone the rear/eastern portion of land forming part of 12 Rangeview Road Donvale from a Public Park and Recreation Zone to a Residential 1 Zone .
