The amendment implements the Gordon Local Structure Plan by changes to tbe Municipal Strategic Statement to reflect the plan rezoning areas of the township from Township Zone and Rural Living Zone to Neighbourhood Residential Zone and apply a Design and Development Overlay (DDO5) and Significant Landscape Overlay (SLO2) over the township areas and surrounds.
