Amendment C053 (Greater Shepparton)

Introduce a Acquisition Overlay (PAO6) over the strip of land. The amendment/permit applies to various parcels along the existing Mosquito Depression Drain from the point approximately 200 metres north of the intersection of Winter and Pogue Roads Toolamba west to the Drain s confluence with Mosquito Drain 40 approximately 600 metres south south-east of the intersection on Winter and Bitcon Roads Murchison North. The affected properties are described in the Locality Plan (Drawing 448047 - 1 Sheet) in Attachment A attached to this explanatory report. Drawings 477354 (2 sheets) show the area proposed to become drainage freehold land. This is the area where it is proposed to introduce a Public Acquisition Overlay. The planning scheme amendment request and permit application are to be assessed and considered concurrently. The Planning application is for use and development associated with a Utility Installation.
