Amendment C051 (Wyndham)

Implements the planning recommendations of The Wyndham Waterways Strategy Plan 2002 adopted by Council in July 2003. The amendment proposes to change the Wyndham Planning Scheme by introducing a Local Planning Policy Waterway Corridor Policy at Clause 22.14 and applying the following Overlays: Schedule 1 Environmental Significance Overlay (ESO1)- Waterways Corridors Schedule 3 Significant Landscape Overlay (SLO3) Waterways Corridor and Environs. The Municipal Strategic Statement is altered to make reference to the Waterways Strategy objectives. In addition the following existing schedules will be amended: Schedule 2 Development Plan Overlay (DPO2)- Future Urban Development Areas Schedule 5 Development Plan Overlay (DP05) Greens Road Schedule 6 Development Plan Overlay (DPO6)- Designated Residential Growth Areas
