Amendment C051 (Kingston)

Modifies Clauses 21.05 21.06 and 21.08 of the Municipal Strategic Statement. Introduces a new local planning policy (Clause 22.14) to provide clear direction for development within the Mordialloc Activity Centre. Introduces and applies a new Schedule to the Design and Development Overlay (DDO10) providing design and built form controls including height restrictions and design standards that must be met. Includes the Mordialloc Pride of the Bay: A Structure Plan for the Future of Mordialloc 2004 as a reference document in the Planning Scheme. Inserts new Planning Scheme Map Nos. 5DDO10 and 7DDO10 into the Planning Scheme. Makes a consequential change to the Schedule to Clauses 61.01-61.04 of the Planning Scheme.
