Rezone the land from part Residential 1 Zone and part Public Park and Recreation Zone to Public Conservation and Resource Zone. 16 Hinton Street Rosebud (Lot 1 PS. 509575K) Rezone the land from Public Use Zone 6 & Public Use Zone 7 to Residential 1 Zone and apply an Environmental Audit Overlay.
