Rezones land at 12-24 Mountain View Road Montmorency from Residential 1 Zone to Public Park and Recreation Zone. Rezone land at 2B Main Road Lower Plenty from Special Use Zone 1 to Urban Flood Zone. Introduces Schedule 10 to the Design and Development Overlay and applying the Design and Development Overlay Schedule 10 to 250 Waterdale Road Ivanhoe. Rezone land at 211 Burgundy Street Heidelberg from Residential 1 Zone to Public Use Zone 3. Removes the Heritage Overlay (HO17) from land at 17-21 Rosanna Road and 110 112 in part 114 116-120 Cape Street Heidelberg and in relation to HO17 correcting the address in the Schedule to the Heritage Overlay from 118 Cape Street Heidelberg to 114 Cape Street Heidelberg. Re-numbers Clause 22.08-4 of the Non-residential Uses Policy to 22.09-4.
