Make changes to Schedule 2 to Clause 43.04 of the Development Plan Overlay by| Removing a duplicate map currently existing the Schedule entitled Higher Density Housing Sites Valley Lake Estate Precincts No 4 and 7 and Replacing it with the correct map entitled Higher Density Housing Sites Valley Lake Estate Precincts No 2 3 5 and 6| The land affected is the former Niddrie Quarry site bounded by Rachelle Road to the west the rear of residential properties fronting the northern alignment of Noga Street to the south and Steele Creek to the east (part) and north and The Avenue to the east.
