Amend the Schedule to the Public Park and Recreation Zone (PPRZ) relating to land on the northern portion of the Robert Barrett Reserve at 114 to 118 Rosamond Road Maribyrnong to include the land in the Advertising Sign Category 3 and allow a maximum of 300 car spaces to be used for retail parking to be shared between users of the proposed Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre users of the Robert Barrett Reserve and users of the Highpoint Shopping Centre in accordance with a planning permit. The associated permit is for the use of the land as a shared retail car park.
