Amendment C045 (Indigo)

The amendment proposes the following changes to the Indigo Planning Scheme: removes the Heritage Overlay from 112 individual places and part of three precincts| applies the Heritage Overlay to 24 new individual places| deletes Clause 21.04 and replaces it with a new clause including a revised heritage statement| deletes clause 21.05 and replaces it with a new clause including a reference to future work on refining statements of significance| deletes clause 21.07 and replaces it with a new clause including the Indigo Heritage Study 2002 as a reference document| deletes Clause 22.03 and replaces it with a new clause including a revised heritage policy| and deletes the schedule to the Heritage Overlay and replaces it with a new schedule.
