Authorisation No A1094 Make changes to the Municipal Strategic Statement (MSS) of the Golden Plains Planning Scheme to incorporate the planning scheme changes recommended by the Review of the South-east Area of the Golden Plains Shire. The amendment will incorporate the strategy and framework into a new clause of the Municipal Strategic Statement titled 21.08 South-east Area make changes to Subclause 21.04-2 Objectives and Growth: Economic Growth. It also makes changes to the numbering of other Municipal Strategic Statement Clauses including the relocation for Implementation and Review to 21.09.
