Rezone 21A Glengarry Drive & 1505 Surf Coast Hwy 1535 & 1445 Surf Coast Hwy 90 & 110 South Beach Road & 1095 Horseshoe Bend Road from Farming Zone to Residential 1 Zone apply Schedule 1 of the Design and Development Overlay and new Schedule 8 to the Development Plan Overlay to the whole land. Apply the Environmental Audit Overlay to part of the land identified as potentially contaminated by past agricultural practices. Update Clause 21.09 and 21.10 to reflect the new strategic directions for this growth corridor.Update the Schedule to Clause 61.03 to introduce two new planning scheme maps.
