Land affected is generally the St Kilda Hill and surrounding foreshore area environs area. including Fitzroy Street and Acland Street. Replace the existing Schedule 6 to the Design and Development Overlay (DDO6) with a new Schedule 6 that defines and applies to ten areas. Modify the boundaries of the land to which DDO6 applies.Modify the Local Planning Policy Framework at Clause 22.02 - Retail Centres Policy to reflect the intent of the revised Schedule 6 to the Design and Development Overlay control and ensure that the preferred character statement for Fitzroy Street and Acland Street is consistent with Schedule 6 and to include two additional Reference Documents. Modify the Local Planning Policy Framework at Clause 22.05 - Urban Design Policy for new and Clause 22.06 Urban Design Policy for Non-Residential Development and Multi Unit Residential Development to include two additional Reference Documents.
