The amendment makes ordinance and map changes to overlay controls to ensure the planning scheme is consistent with a development plan adopted in 2006 for the land west of Latrobe University. The amendment also makes a correction to the Design and Development Overlay map affecting the Logic Distribution Centre. The amendment removes a Public Acquisition Overlay from land that was to provide for the extension of Drages Road West Wodonga. The Design and Development Overlay that applies to the Logic Distribution Centre is corrected to ensure the planning scheme maps refer to the correct schedule in the planning scheme.
