The amendment applies to the former Niddrie Quarry site bounded by Rachelle Road to the west the rear of residential properties fronting the northern alignment of Noga Avenue to the south and Steele Creek to the east ( part ) and north the Avenue to the east. Update Schedule 2 to the Development Plan Overlay to introduce a new ( refined ) set of maps as part of the schedule| The changes constitute: Realignment of the boundary and minor adjustment to the position of the building envelope to higher density housing site P1 on the map titledHigher Density Housing Sites Valley Lake Estate-Precinct No 1| Minor alignment of the eastern boundary to higher density housing site P5 on the map titled Higher Density Housing Sites Valley Lake Estate-Precincts No 2 No 3 No 5 and No 6| Minor relocation of the western building envelope of higher density housing site P3 on the map titled Higher Density Housing Sites Valley Lake Estate-Precincts No 2 No 3 No 5 and No 6| Correction of the text enclosed within the middle building envelope of higher density housing site P2 on the map titled Higher Density Sites Valley Lake Estate-Precincts No 2 No 3 No 5 and No 6 in order to achieve a uniformity of heights of the buildings in precinct No 2 and give affect to the stepped effect of buildings in precincts No 3 No 5 and No 6| Minor alignment of the northern boundary to higher density site P4 on the map titled Higher Density Housing Sites Valley Lake Estate-Precincts No 4 No 7| As a consequence of the above changes adjustments to the overall site map showing the higher density housing sites titled Higher Density Housing Sites Valley Lake Estate- Precincts 1 to 8a to 8i and Commercial Precinct 9.
