Amend the Municipal Strategic Statement (MSS) to include the Maroondah Neighbourhood Character Study 2004 and the Preferred Future Neighbourhood Character Statements as reference documents in: a. Clause 21.03 Maroondah Vision the strategic framework b. Clause 21.07 Image and urban design c. Clause 21.08 - Residential land use| and d. Clause 21.12 Protection of ridgelines Amend Clause 22.03 Maroondah residential neighbourhood character policy to include the Maroondah Neighbourhood Character Study 2004 as a reference document. Amend Clause 22.03 Maroondah residential neighbourhood character policy to include the Neighbourhood Character Area Map and 21 of 23 Neighbourhood Character Statements in the policy. (Note: The Maroondah Planning Scheme currently contains Neighbourhood Character Policy statements at Clauses 22.12 & 22.13 for the Ringwood Town Centre and Croydon Town Centres respectively. No change is proposed to these policies.)
