Authorisation No A488 Removes and amends the schedule 2 to the Design and Development Overlay (DDO) from applying to land fronting the Surf Coast Highway Torquay and amends and applies schedule 7 to the DDO to this land to implement the Surf Coast Highway Urban Design Guidelines 2006. Introduces a Schedule to Clause 52.06 and incorporates the Surf Coast Highway Precinct 1 and Precinct 3 Parking Precinct Plan 2006. Modifies the SUZ5 to encourage a greater mix of uses.
