Apply the Environmental Audit Overlay to land in the proposed Mixed Use Zone and amend Clauses 21.04 & 21.06 of the Municipal Strategic Statement in particular the maps - Sale Strategy Plan and the Sale Strategy Preferred Activity Precincts. Application of proposed Idustrial 3 Zone has been abandoned through C35 Part 1.
