Rezones surplus Melbourne Water land currently zoned Public Use Zone 1 to an appropriate zone consisting the Residential 1 Zone and Environmental Rural Zone| Rezones a small area of other land currently zoned Public Use Zone 1 to Residential 1 Zone| Applies a Vegetation Protection Overlay 1 and Development Plan Overlay 6 to those areas rezoned to Residential 1 consistent with the surrounding areas.
