The amendment rezones the land in Snake Valley which is to be used for a treatment plant to Public Use Zone 1, apply Environmental Significance Overlay (ESO3) to provide for a 300 metre wide buffer around the plant and amend the schedule to Clause 66.06 to include the relevant water authority to be notified of all applications in the proposed ESO3.
