Implement Section 48 of the Heritage Act 1995 by introducing a new or amended registration to the Victorian Heritage Register into the Schedule to the Heritage Overlay in the areas of:- Mildara Blass Distillery Wentworth Road Merbein: amend heritage overlay schedule to correct the reference to the heritage place and reduce the coverage of the heritage overlay to the state registered place. Big Lizzie Calder Highway Red Cliffs: amend heritage overlay schedule to correct the reference to the heritage place and reduce the coverage of the heritage overlay to the state registered place. Former Mildura Base Hospital Thirteenth Street Mildura: introduce new map and heritage overlay reference for the state registered place.
