Rezone approximately 21 hectares of land at of 460 Grossmans Road, Torquay from Farming Zone to Low Density Residential Zone, apply the Environmental Audit Overlay to part of the site and modify Clause 21.09 Rural Residental Strategy and Clause 21.10 the Torquay Jan Juc Framework Plan in the Local Planning Policy Framework to reflect new zone and the strategic intent of the land. The amendment is being considered concurrently with planning permit application 06/0204 for a 283 unit retirement village.
