Create a new Development Plan Overlay, Development Plan Overlay No.7-Coastal Area to land currently included in Development Plan Overlay 5 - Rural Living located on southern side of Princes Highway between towns of Portland and Narrawong, and also including land on northern side of Princes Highway and land on either side of Caledonian Hill Road to the extent of the ten (10) metre contour also currently within a Development Overlay 5 - Rural Living. Amendment does not apply to land known as Part Crown Allotments 10 & 11, Parish of Bolwarra (Lots 1 and 2 PS506457H) and Part Crown Allotment 11, Section 15 Parish of Bolwarra, located on the south west corner of the intersection of Princes Highway and Camp Road at Allestree.
