This amendment affects the following heritage places in the City of Greater Dandenong: Heritage Place Address Noble Park Public Hall 18-34 Buckley Street Noble Park Keysborough State School (No 1466) 170 Chapel Rd Keysborough Shops and Offices 49-54 Douglas Street Noble Park Dandenong Primary School (No 1403) 174-182 Foster Street Dandenong The Ranges 17-19 Macpherson & 86-88 Clow Streets Dandenong Ordish House 27 Macpherson St Dandenong Sherwood Lodge 109-143 Perry Rd Keysborough Dandenong Presbyterian Church (former St Lukes Anglican Church) 51 Potter Street Dandenong Gillette Factory Site Princes Highway Noble Park North The amendment includes additional heritage places in the Schedule to the Heritage Overlay at Clause 43.01 of the Greater Dandenong Planning Scheme. The amendment permanently lists the above places in the Schedule to the Heritage Overlay and defines them on Heritage Overlay maps to the Greater Dandenong Planning Scheme with the exception of HO47 - Sherwood Lodge - at 109-143 Perry Rd Keysborough which is deleted from the Schedule to Clause 43.01 and the Planning Scheme Maps. A modification to HO41 - The Ranges - at 17-19 Macpherson and 86-88 Clow Streets Dandenong is made to delete the Heritage Overlay from applying to the rear lot at 86-88 Clow Street Dandenong. The amendment also revises the Schedule to Clause 81 - Incorporated Documents by including the Dandenong Primary School (1403) incorporated plan into the Schedule. The amendment also makes slight changes to the Gillette Factory incorporated plan. Minor corrections are made to HO48 Dandenong Presbyterian Church (former St Lukes Anglican Church) at 51 Potter St Dandenong HO42 at 27 Macpherson Street Dandenong (interim status removed) HO13 Shops and offices at 49-54 Douglas St Noble Park (correction of a mapping error) and HO3 Noble Park Public Hall 18-34 Buckley Street Noble Park (correction of table entry).
