Rezones land to Urban Floodway Zone along part of Cemetery Creek immediately downstream from the Beaufort Lake| applies the Floodway Overlay over active floodways and the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay to flood fringe areas in Beaufort. Introduces new Clause 22.07 (Floodplain Management in Beaufort) and updates subclause 21.05-1.7 (Areas Subject to Flooding or Drainage Difficulty) and introudces Beaufort Local Floodplain Development Plan as an incorporated document into Planning Scheme under Clause 81.01 to guide development within proposed controls.
