Provide interim protection of River Red Gums in the River Gum, River Side, Mill Park., Mill Park North and Darebin Gardens estates in the Thomastown and Mill Park areas by placing a Vegetation Protection Overlay over the estates. The Overlay provides that a permit is required to remove, destroy or lop any native vegetation.
